You can buy your ticket online in the following 5 easy steps:

2. Select your preferred: match (e.g., Al Duhail (QAT) v Al Ahli SC (KSA)); number of tickets (minimum 1 ticket & maximum 6 tickets per booking); Print at home / mobile ticket.

3. Enter your valid credit card / debit card details at the payment gateway page.

4. Check your registered email address for a booking confirmation email, so that you can access your online ticket (print at home or mobile ticket).

How do I receive my tickets?

The moment the ticket has been purchased from the ticketing website you should receive the ticket on your registered email account.

In case I have not received my tickets?

If you have not received your ticket on the email account which you registered with, log in to your ticketing account and check the "My Tickets" / "My Order" section to view your purchased tickets.

If the money has been deducted from your account and you are still not able to receive or view your tickets, your request may not have been processed completely. The deducted amount will be refunded within 5 to 7 working days. If you do not receive a refund within that time frame, contact Customer Service at info@q-tickets.com
