How do I buy my ticket online?

You can buy your ticket online in the following 5 easy steps:

1. Visit https://algharafa.qa/
2. Select your preferred:
   • Match (e.g., Al Gharafa v Al Shorta)
   • Number of tickets (minimum 1 ticket & maximum 6 tickets per booking)
   • Print at home / mobile ticket
3. Enter your valid credit card/ debit card details at the payment gateway page. Please note that debit cards are not accepted.
4. Check your registered email address for a booking confirmation email, so that you can access your online ticket (print at home or mobile ticket).

How do I receive my tickets?

Once the ticket has been purchased from the ticketing website, you will receive it on your registered email account.

In case I have not received my tickets?

If you have not received your ticket on the registered email, you can log in to your ticketing account and check "My Tickets / My Orders". It will show your purchased tickets.
If the money has been deducted from your account and you are still unable to view or receive your tickets, it means your request was not fully processed. The deducted amount will be refunded within 5–7 working days. If not, please contact us at info@q-tickets.com.

Your e-ticket is a regular ticket; you don’t need to exchange it at the venue. Simply show it on your mobile or print your A4 size ticket and have its barcode/QR code scanned at the venue.
