How do I buy my ticket online?

You can buy your ticket online in the following easy steps:

1. Visit https://alrayyansc.com/
2. Select your preferred match (e.g., Al Rayyan SC v Al Tadamon Hadramaut)
3. Choose number of tickets (minimum 1 ticket & maximum 6 tickets per booking)
4. Select Print at home / Mobile ticket
5. Enter your valid credit card/ debit card details at the payment gateway page.
6. Check your registered email address for a booking confirmation email, so that you can access your online ticket (print at home or mobile ticket).

How do I receive my tickets?

The moment the ticket has been purchased from the ticketing website you should receive the ticket on your registered email account.

In case if I have not received my tickets?

If you have not received your ticket on the email account which you have registered on the ticketing account, then you can log in to your ticketing account and check the option for "My Tickets / My Order" where your purchased tickets will be shown. In case the money has been deducted from your account and you are still not able to receive or view your tickets, it means your request has not been processed completely. The deducted amount will be refunded within 5 to 7 working days. If this does not happen, please contact us at info@q-tickets.com.

Your e-ticket is a regular ticket, you don’t need to exchange it at the venue. You can use your ticket by showing it on your mobile or printing your A4 size ticket and having its barcode/QR code scanned at the venue.
