How do I buy my ticket online?

1. Visit https://al-saddclub.com/.

2. Select your preferred:

   • Match (e.g., Al Sadd v Al Sharjah FC)
   • Number of tickets (minimum 1 ticket & maximum 6 tickets per booking)
   • Print at home or mobile ticket
3. Enter your valid Credit Card/ Debit Card details at the payment page. Please note: Debit cards are not accepted.
4. Check your registered email address for a booking confirmation email to access your online ticket (print at home or mobile ticket).

How do I receive my tickets?

Once purchased, your tickets will be sent to your registered email address.

Log in to your ticketing account and check My Tickets / My Orders.
If the amount has been deducted but tickets are not visible, it means your request was not fully processed.
A refund will be issued within 5–7 working days. If not, please contact us at
