You can buy your ticket online in the following 5 easy steps:

2. Select your preferred:
   match (e.g., Al Sadd v Al Hilal)
   Number of tickets (minimum 1 ticket & maximum 6 tickets per booking)
   Print at home/ mobile ticket
3. Enter your valid credit card/ debit card details at the payment gateway page.
4. Check your registered email address for a booking confirmation email, so that you can access to your online ticket (print at home or mobile ticket).

How do I receive my tickets?

The moment the ticket has been purchased from the ticketing website you should receive the ticket on your registered email account.

In case if I have not received my tickets?

In case if you have not received your ticket on the email account which you have registered on the ticketing account, then you could log in to your ticketing account and check the option for my tickets/ my order and it will show your purchase tickets. Plus in case the money has been deducted from your account and you are still not able to receive or view your tickets then it is confirmed that your request have not been process completely and the deducted amount would be refunded within 5 to 7 working day and in case it didn’t happen then you could contact us at info@q-tickets.com

How do I use my e-ticket?

Your e-ticket is a regular ticket, you don’t need to exchange it at the venue. You could use your tickets by showing it on your mobile or either print your A4 size ticket and have its barcode/ QR code scanned at the venue.

All age of spectators is allowed to attend the QSL matches, but they all need to purchase tickets irrespective to the age category for them to watch the match.
