Which movie Theaters can I buy tickets for ?
Currently we can accept online bookings for the cinemas in Alkhor, Asian Town, City Center, Gulf Mall, Villaggio, Novo Cinemas, Landmark, The Mall, Royal Plaza, Roxy and Flik Cinemas. We will be adding more venues and events soon.
How does online booking of movie tickets work ?
You can find movies and show timings by either a movie name or theater. Once you have decided on a movie and show time, please follow the steps on the website to complete your seat selection and purchase. Once the purchase is complete, you will get a Reservation Code for your booking. This is displayed on the website and is also sent to you by email and as a SMS message.
How many days in advance can I book my tickets ?
The cinemas update their movie show information every Wednesdays. At that time,the cinemas publish show information for the coming week (Thursday to next Wednesday). You should be able to buy tickets for the shows as soon as the cinemas publish them.
Why don"t I see any shows for the next few days.?
You are probably looking at our website on Wednesday. Shows information for the coming week is updated on every Wednesday. You should be able to buy tickets for the shows as soon as the cinemas publish them.
When does online booking close for a show?
Online booking is closed around 15 minutes before the show time. This might change across cinemas and shows.
Why do you need my Email address and Phone number?
We need your email-id and phone number to send you your confirmation of your booking and any alerts about cancellation or change in show timings.
What is a reservation code ?
Reservation code is an 8 or 12 digit numeric code issued for each successful booking online. This will be used for collecting your tickets at the Q-Tickets counter.
How do I collect my tickets ?
To collect your tickets, you need to enter the reservation code at the Q-Tickets kiosk provided at the cinemas.
Do I need my credit card for collecting tickets ?
No. Only reservation is required which is sent through SMS/email upon confirmation.
How many seats can I book ?
You can book 8, 10 or 20 tickets depending on the Cinema. Please visit the website to see exactly how many tickets you can purchase per transaction.
What forms of payment do you accept ?
You can use Visa, Master, American Express and Naps (Local Debit card). Our payment gateway is with Doha bank.
What do i need to carry to see the movie using my Online booking?
You need to bring the reservation code sent through Email/SMS upon confirmation.
How about refunds/ cancellation/ change of reservation of tickets ?
As per the cinema policies, once a ticket has been paid for, it cannot be refunded/replaced or cancelled or changed/transferred. Once the tickets are confirmed it is deemed as sold.
What is family booking?
Cinemas generally block some rows in each show for customers watching the movie with families. Please select the family seats only if you are watching the movie with women and children. Theater supervisors reserve the right to reject admission if you have booked family seating tickets but do not come with family members (Women and children) to watch the movie. In the case of rejected admission because of this reason, tickets will not be refunded.
What do film ratings mean ?
Movies are rated by the Government of Qatar based on the content and message in the movie. These ratings are strictly followed by the cinemas. Please make sure that you buy tickets that are appropriate for all the people in your group.No refunds will be issued for rejected admissions.
Do I need to buy tickets for children?
Child from 2 year and above require ticket.
Do you store my credit card information?
We do not store your credit card information. We only store the last 4 digits of your credit card for verification purposes.We have implemented the best technology practices in collaboration with Doha Bank.
Do I need to create an account in your system?
No. You can book tickets on our website without creating an Account. However, we recommend creating an account to view all your upcoming and past reservations and to complete booking of the tickets faster.
What are the advantages of creating an online account?

I am interested in an upcoming movie. When can i book tickets for the movie ?
You can set up alerts if you have created an account with us. When theater adds shows for the movie, we will send you email.
What if I have booked the ticket for today and came to watch the movie tomorrow (No Show)?
Unfortunately as per Cinema policies, you need to adhere to the time and date of the movie. If you missed the show (No Show) then there will be no refund issued.

What is the cost of a movie ticket?
Ticket prices depend on theater, seats selected and type of Movie (2D, 3D, IMAX And IMAX-4D). The ticket prices are decided by the cinemas and can change.
Why do you charge a fee for each ticket ?
Q-Tickets is an online ticketing platform giving you the power of purchasing tickets for movies, Events, Sports and leisure at your fingertips. To continuously improve and maintain our services, we charge an online service fee.
How refund will made in case of iPAY?
In the event of payments done through iPAY , refunds would only be done in the form of e voucher. No cash or bank refunds will be executed.

E-VOUCHER
How to use E-voucher?
You can apply E-voucher to movies or events. Below are the steps Select the movie/event and go through the booking page. Please fill all the user details with registered email id And mobile number. Enter the e-voucher code on the left side in the option given and click on apply. Then click the checkbox just below the e-voucher code and proceed to checkout. If the voucher has sufficient balance to book a ticket then it will be applied also the remaining amount can be paid through credit/debit card if the ticket price exceeds the e-voucher amount. **E-voucher is valid only for 45 days**.
