• Event Cancellation: If the event or leisure or attraction is officially cancelled.
• Personal Emergencies Requiring Hospitalization:
  • Intensive care unit (ICU) confinement
  • Car accidents
  • Childbirth
  • Serious injury requiring hospital admission

1. Deadline for Requests: Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the event date.
2. Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 15 working days after the event.
3. Ticket Validity: Only unused and unscanned tickets are eligible. Tickets already scanned or used will not be refunded.
4. Ticket Eligibility: Refunds will apply only to tickets backed by valid supporting documents.
5. Documentation Required: Valid and official documents are mandatory, such as:
   • Medical/hospital certificates
   • Proof of emergency
   • Government-issued ID
6. Refund Limits: For reasons other than cancellations, the maximum refundable amount is USD 600 per order.
7. Service Fee: The Refund Guarantee service fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
8. Other Conditions: Refunds are not permitted for reasons outside the scenarios listed above.
