- Please arrive at the site 30 minutes before your activity starts.
- All participants must bring a valid ID.
- The boat will depart punctually and wait for no late passengers
- Full payment is required in advance.
- All activities are conducted with the client's consent. Blue Ocean Marine assumes no liability for injuries.
- Each customer is responsible for their personal belongings. Blue Ocean Marine is not liable for any loss or missing items.
- Amendments cannot be made once the booking is confirmed.
- Activities are subject to weather conditions. In the event of cancellation due to weather, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
- The trip cannot be canceled on the day of the trip. The amount will not be refunded.
