Flights are not included. Guests may book their own preferred flights.
A recommended flight schedule will be provided for guests who wish to travel with the group.
Guests may also arrive earlier or extend their stay.

Oman Visa
Visa requirements depend on each participant’s passport, residency and individual immigration
status.
After registration, participants will be asked to provide a clear passport bio page and Bahrain
ID/residency details where applicable.
If a visa application is required, additional documentation may be requested.
