Terms & Conditions

1. One Ticket entitles one person to entry to The Play Area on one occasion for a maximum period depending on the ticket type purchased. 
2. Extended time in the play area will be chargeable at a MINIMUM of QR 30 for every additional 20 minutes per person. 
3. Maximum age limit for kids is 12 years. 
4. It is forbidden to lean or climb on the netted walls or the system structure. 
5. Management may require adults / kids to provide proof of age identification  upon check in and anytime during the visit to play area if needed. 
6. All persons entering The Play Area must pay for admission and/or hold a valid Ticket that has been obtained from The Play Area ticket counter. A Ticket must be used by the same person during its period of validity. 
7. No gymnastics exercises or stunts permitted. 
8. Drinks / Foods not allowed inside the play area. 
9. Follow the supervisor's instruction at all times.
