Booking Period:
- The promotional offer is available for sales booking between 26 May – 5 June 2025
Redemption Period:
- The tickets purchased during the promotional period may be redeemed at Desert Falls Sea Caves Waterpark any time between 6 June – 13 June, 2025
- Tickets are valid for one-time use only and must be redeemed within the specified redemption period or on the selected visit date as indicated at the time of purchase.
Non-Transferable:
- Tickets purchased under this offer are non-transferable and can only be used by the person who has purchased the ticket and its companions.
Availability and Access:
- Desert Falls Sea Caves Waterpark reserves the right to limit or adjust ticket availability based on operational capacity, safety regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.
- All park rules, regulations, safety guidelines and operational hours must be followed while at Desert Falls Sea Caves Waterpark. Failure to comply with park policies may result in revocation of entry.
Exclusions:

- The offer is not applicable to corporate or event bookings unless specified by Desert Falls management.

Refunds:

Force Majeure:
- Desert Falls Sea Caves Waterpark is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to force majeure events, including but not limited to acts of nature, emergencies, pandemics, or any situation beyond the park's control.
