• A valid Qatar ID or passport is mandatory for entry.
• This is a standing-only event. No seating arrangements will be provided at the venue.
• Self-parking is available in the Pullman Hotel basement. Valet parking services will not be available.
• All attendees must wear the wristbands issued by the Urban Desi team at all times throughout the event.
• The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to or remove any individual from the venue in the event of disorderly, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct.
• The use of vapes or e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited within the venue. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal.
• Attendees are expected to follow all event rules and treat the organizing team, venue staff, and fellow guests with respect at all times.
