Buchbinder Plays Beethoven’s Piano Concertos 2, 3 & 4

Experience Beethoven’s piano concertos in the hands of a legend. In the first of a two-concert cycle, Rudolf Buchbinder, one of today’s foremost Beethoven interpreters, joins the Qatar Philharmonic to perform three towering works, the sparkling Concerto No. 2, the poetic Concerto No. 4, and the dramatic Concerto No. 3.

This program traces Beethoven’s evolution from Classical brilliance to revolutionary depth, with Buchbinder’s hallmark clarity, and expressive power.

This concert launches our traversal of the five Beethoven concertos with Buchbinder. The second concert in the series follows on 31 January, featuring the jubilant Concerto No. 1 and the majestic “Emperor” Concerto No. 5. Don’t miss this rare opportunity to hear the full cycle live with one of the great Beethoven pianists of our time.

Concert Attendance Guidelines 

Ticketing and Admission:

• All tickets must be purchased online in advance.
• No refunds or exchanges are permitted.
• Children under 6 years of age are not admitted to the venue.
• Seating begins 30 minutes prior to the performance.

Venue Protocol:

• QPO representatives will guide patrons to their designated seats.
• We kindly request that all mobile devices be silenced.
• Flash photography and video recording are strictly prohibited.
• Late arrivals will not be seated until an appropriate break in the performance.
• Re-entry during the concert is limited to seats near the exit.
• Food and beverages are not permitted in the concert hall (water excepted).

Patron Conduct:

• The Philharmonic reserves the right to remove any individual disrupting the performance or other patrons.
• We are not liable for personal property or injuries.

Dress Code:
