Ticket Terms & Conditions – Zone 1

• Age requirement: 18+ only.
• Physical ID or passport is required for entry and age verification.
• Doors open at 5:00 PM.
• All guests must hold a valid ticket.
• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.
• General Admission tickets do not provide access to VIP or Backstage areas.
• Enhanced Beverages will be available within Zone 1, subject to venue policies and applicable regulations.
• Dress Code: Smart casual / festival-appropriate attire. Guests must wear appropriate clothing and footwear at all times. Traditional clothing and head covering are not allowed.
• Door and security policies apply. Entry may be refused in accordance with venue regulations.
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
• Bags larger than 30cm × 30cm × 15cm are not permitted. No storage or cloakroom facilities are available.
• Professional cameras, video cameras, tripods, and recording equipment are prohibited.
• E-tickets must be retained and presented upon request.
• Disorderly conduct or failure to follow security instructions may result in denied entry or removal without refund.
• Guests are encouraged to use Doha Metro, taxis, Uber, or other rideshare services due to expected traffic and limited parking.
• No dedicated parking is assigned to any ticket category. Parking is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• A restricted-items policy applies, including weapons, sharp objects, glass containers, cans, laser pointers, air horns, drones, large flags, poles, banners, and oversized signs.
• The event may include flashing/strobe lighting and loud sound.
