We are excited to introduce our new event “The Artisanal Dinner” as part of our Chef’s Table series. During this season at the farm, we still collect eggs from chicken coops and take pickles, date syrup, and sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil from the storerooms. Everything has been organically grown and carefully packed just before the start of summer. Palm trees are getting closer to the harvesting season and the farms’ gardens are filling with molokhia and melons. Heenat Salma’s Executive Chef Ajaya Thapa and his tea will present a tailored Chef’s Table program that puts guests on the frontline of the creation of gastronomic inventions. Join us this summer to be part of a culinary journey based on curiosity, friendship and a passion for cooking.
