Qatar Sports For All Federation proudly presents the Winter Edition of SPORTS FOR ALL LADIES RUNNING SERIES 2025. This exciting four-race series takes place inside the iconic Education City World Cup stadium, with race distances ranging from 30-min timed-races to 5-min races for mini kids. Each race will be held on a precisely measured short course, with participation limited to 200 runners per event.
This is a ladies-only event with no male participants or spectators allowed inside the arena.

INDIVIDUAL SERIES POINTS SYSTEM
The four-race series will feature a points system that contributes to the overall series awards. Points are assigned based on an athlete’s finish position within their category.
Given that our adult races offer various distances (30-min & 15-min races), points will be equally distributed across each distance. The category winner will earn 50 points, with 2nd place receiving 49 points, 3rd place earning 48 points, and so on. The minimum points awarded for completing a race is 20. In the event of a tie, the athlete who has covered the greater overall distance during the series will be ranked higher. If athletes are tied in both points and distance, the one with the lowest cumulative race time will take the higher position. Should athletes remain tied after considering points, distance, and time, they will be placed jointly in the standings.

Winners will receive prizes which will be presented after the end-of-season race.

JUNIORS (7-16): QAR 60 per race or QAR 240 for all 4 races
MINI KIDS (3-6): QAR 60 per race or QAR 240 for all 4 races
REGULAR (Jan 11, 2025 onwards)
ADULTS (17+): QAR 125 per race or QAR 500 for all 4 races
JUNIORS (7-16): QAR 75 per race or QAR 300 for all 4 races

PARTICIPANT WAIVER:
By registering for this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Health and Safety:
I understand that participating in long-distance running events is inherently hazardous and may result in injury or death.
I certify that I am medically able, properly trained, and in good health to participate in this event.
I will comply with all decisions made by race officials regarding my participation, including the right to deny or suspend my participation for any reason.
Assumption of Risk:
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating, including but not limited to:
Falls, collisions, or contact with other participants;
Weather conditions, such as extreme heat or humidity;
Open traffic and road conditions.
Rules and Restrictions:
I have read and agree to abide by all race rules.
I understand that bicycles, skateboards, baby joggers, roller skates/blades, animals, and personal music players are prohibited during the race.
Liability Waiver:
I release and waive all claims against the QSFA organizers, event sponsors, the host city, and associated individuals from any liability arising from my participation, including claims due to negligence or carelessness.
Event Adjustments:
In the event of a COVID-19-related lockdown or any other circumstances, the race may be postponed or moved to a new date.
Media Consent:
I grant permission for my photographs, videos, and other recordings of the event to be used for legitimate purposes without compensation.
Registration Policy:
All registrations are final. No refunds will be issued by the organizer.
